Through his first nine full seasons at the MLB level, New York Yankees outfielder Aaron Judge has undoubtedly established himself as one of the game's best players, making six All-Star appearances and winning the AL MVP twice.

Through the start of the 2025 season, his consistency at the plate has also been one of the biggest pieces to the Yankees' success, having an impressive 18-13 record and sitting in first place in the AL East

However, he's been more than just good, because in a social media post from MLB's official X account, it was revealed that Judge is on pace to accumulate a 16.7 fWAR, which would surpass Babe Ruth's 14.7 in 1923 for the highest in a single season.

It's not much of a surprise when looking at his numbers, because in 31 games he's accumulated 117 at-bats, 50 hits, 29 runs scored, 10 home runs, 32 RBIs, 21 Walks, an OPS of 1.282 and an fWAR of 3.2.

Those numbers start to stack up well with Ruth's incredible 1923 season, where he had 522 at-bats, 205 hits, 151 runs scored, 41 home runs, 131 RBIs, 170 walks, a 1.309 OPS and of course a 14.7 fWAR.

Of course, though, the MLB season is still just getting started and the Yankees still have 131 more games left to play, so it will remain to be seen if Judge can continue at this historic pace.

If he does, there's no doubt that the Yankees outfielder would be the favorite to win his third AL MVP, along with his fifth Silver Slugger and third Hank Aaron Award in just 10 years,
