Emmanuel Rodriguez was born in Santiago, Dominican Republic, on February 28, 2003. He was the 12 th ranked International Prospect in 2019.
Rodriguez was signed by the Minnesota Twins in July of 2019.
Rodriguez started in the Twins rookie league playing in 37 games and he slashed .214/.346/.524 with a .870 OPS; he had five doubles, two triples, ten home runs, 23 RBI, 31 runs scored, nine stolen bases, and 23 walks.
Rodriguez played for the Twins Single-A affiliate Fort Myers. In 47 games he slashed .272/.493/.552 with a 1.044 OPS; he had five doubles, three triples, nine home runs, 25 RBI, 35 runs scored, 11 stolen bases, and 57 walks.

Rodriguez was ranked the 46th top prospect by Baseball America and the 88th by MLB.com entering the season. He played at High-A Cedar Rapids. In 99 games he slashed .240/.400/.463 with a .863 OPS; he had 13 doubles, nine triples, 16 home runs, 55 RBI, 87 runs scored, 20 stolen bases, and 92 walks.
Future
ITD ranks Rodriguez as the 45th overall prospect and the Twins third-ranked prospect. He will likely start in 2024 at Double-A.
