Reds’ Brent Suter was dancing like a maniac during celebration

The Cincinnati Reds on Sunday clinched the final playoff spot in the National League, and relief pitcher Brent Suter showed everyone how to celebrate properly.

Though Cincinnati lost their final game of the regular season 4-2 to the Milwaukee Brewers, the New York Mets also lost. The Reds held a tiebreaker over the Mets, which gave them the sixth and final playoff spot.

FanDuel Sports Network showed some video in the Reds’ locker room as they celebrated, and nobody was more fired up than Suter. He looked like a professional wrestler cutting a promo:

If you thought that was good, it could only be topped by Suter dancing.

He started off with the “Dougie” and then hit just about every dance move after that. Now that is the type of attitude needed to keep things loose in a clubhouse. Is there any wonder how the Reds were able to get the final playoff spot after seeing Suter party like that?

Suter, 36, is in his second season with the Reds and returning to the postseason for the first time since 2021. He began his MLB career with the Brewers in 2016 and made the postseason with them four straight seasons from 2018-2021. He knows exactly what to do upon making the postseason.
