Cincinnati Reds starting pitcher Julian Aguiar underwent Tommy John surgery on Friday and will most likely miss the entire 2025 season.
Aguiar was 2-1 with a 6.25 ERA over 31 2/3 innings and seven games for the Reds after being called up in August.
Reds RHP Julian Aguiar had Tommy John surgery performed yesterday by Dr. Keith Meister.
