There's been no word on which teams are interested in Rosenthal, though the Miami Marlins could be in the market for the reliever as their bullpen has been pretty depleted following the organization's coronavirus outbreak.
Rosenthal has pitched 10.1 innings this season, earning six saves, a stellar 0.87 ERA, 14 strikeouts and 0.871 WHIP. It's the 30-year-old's best season to date in the majors.
Rosenthal spent time with the St. Louis Cardinals, Detroit Tigers and Washington Nationals before joining the Royals.
