The 'Active 30-HR season leaders' quiz

When Bryce Harper misplayed a ball in right field against the Atlanta Braves in Game 2 of their Wild Card series on Wednesday, Philadelphia Phillies fans probably saw their October dreams crumbling after surrendering another lead late in the game.

Then, after Kyle Schwarber got one run back with a 447-foot blast off of Dylan Lee, Harper followed it up with a game-tying home run of his own to keep the Phils alive.

Alec Bohm hit a go-ahead solo shot in the 10th inning and J.T. Realmuto secured a game-ending strikeout with an ABS challenge to lock down the 4-3 win and force a do-or-die Game 3 in Atlanta.

Harper has been one of the best players of his generation, hitting 392 home runs, making nine All-Star teams and winning two MVPs. But as he approaches the end of his age-33 season, he knows he’s running out of opportunities to win the World Series title that has eluded him for the last 15 years.

Which brings us to today’s quiz. Harper played in all 162 regular season games for the first time in his career in 2026, batting .269 with 87 RBI, a National League-high 107 walks and falling one home run short of a sixth 30-home run season. With that being said, can you name the active MLB players to hit 30 homers at least three times in their career?

Good luck!
