The 'Last 100-RBI season by team' quiz

When the Milwaukee Brewers met the Los Angeles Dodgers in the 2025 National League Championship Series, the Brew Crew were swept away in four games. But after squeezing out a 2-1 win at home in Game 1, they ensured that won’t be happening again. 

With the low score and the starting pitching matchup of Tarik Skubal vs. Jacob Misiorowski, one might assume the staff aces had dominant performances. But they were both out by the end of the fifth with the game’s runs already surrendered, and the bullpens matched 0’s the rest of the way. 

Brice Turang and Luis Lara provided the offense for Milwaukee, with Turang tying the game at 1 in the fourth with a solo home run before Lara hit what proved to be the game-winning RBI single in the fifth. Brewers fans will be particularly excited to see Turang’s bat wake up for his first RBI of the MLB Playoffs after leading Milwaukee with 100 in the regular season.
