The New York Mets have had a frustrating second-half of the 2025 MLB season, finding themselves six games behind the Philadelphia Phillies and in the final National League Wild Card spot. But Juan Soto reminded Mets fans why he signed the largest contract in MLB history this offseason in a 10-8 win over the Detroit Tigers, hitting a triple and a grand slam while driving in six runs.
This is a great sign for a Mets team that entered the season with designs on returning to the World Series for the first time since 2015 after falling to the Dodgers in the NLCS last season.
Which brings us to today’s quiz. While Soto’s batting average is well below his career .285 mark, this season, he still has 36 home runs, 90 RBI and an MLB-high 113 walks to go with 26 stolen bases. With that being said, how many of the active players with at least 200 Major League home runs can you name in five minutes?
Good luck!
