The Orioles Have Achieved An Important Milestone

“Good Morning, Baltimore!”

It certainly was a good morning for the folks in Baltimore.

For the folks in Boston, not so much.

While both teams are still very much alive in the postseason chase, they’re headed in opposite directions.

Baltimore sits just three games back of the Rays for the third AL Wild Card spot.

Boston is still nipping at the Orioles’ heels, as they sit 3.5 back.

But this is a big deal for the Orioles.

Here we have a team that wasn’t expected to do much of anything this year playing quite well as of late.

On the other side of the coin, we’ve got a team who reached the ALCS last year and is now slipping in the standings.

The Orioles and their fans haven’t had anything to be excited about since 2016, when they last reached the postseason.

It’s definitely an exciting time for the fans in Baltimore as they watch their Orioles come out of nowhere and ascend in the standings.

We’ll see if they add some pieces at the trade deadline to boost their chances.
