Chicago Cubs star Pete Crow-Armstrong turned just 24 years old on Wednesday, and he did so as a very wealthy man. With just days before the Cubs start to the 2026 season, the club and “PCA,” reportedly agreed to a six-year, $115 million contract extension that goes into effect for 2027.
Crow-Armstrong made his first big-league cameo in 2023, playing 13 games with the Cubs. In 2024, he entrenched himself as a fixture in the Cubs lineup before having a career-year in 2025. He hit .247 with 31 home runs and 95 RBIs in 157 games while also stealing 35 bases and leading all of baseball with 12 sacrifice flies. He also featured with Team USA at the World Baseball Classic, where he hit two HRs and drove in six runs en route to a second-place finish.
Which brings us to today’s quiz. How many of the players in MLB history to join the 30/30 Club for home runs and stolen bases before turning 25 can you name in five minutes?
Good luck!
