News came out on Sunday that Corbin Carroll and Eugenio Suárez will be representing the Arizona Diamondbacks in the 2025 MLB All-Star game in Atlanta.

Joining the National League starting second baseman Ketel Marte will be outfielder Corbin Carroll and third baseman Eugenio Suárez after their strong starts to the 2025 season. Both of the D-Backs stars have been leaders for this clubhouse and have been lighting the league up with highlight moments and by embracing the longball.

Eugenio Suárez and Corbin Carroll spoke on their All-Star journeys:

Suárez was more than elated when talking about the selection as he mentioned, “I feel so happy about it. I think that I’ve been putting in really hard work on my year, my career, even the offseason, working so hard to be successful and have good results, and now to be announced today to be the All-Star, for me, it feels great.” (Credit: Alex D’Agostino | Sports Illustrated)

Suárez so far this season is hitting a .253 batting average along with a .320 on-base percentage and a slugging percentage of .566. Leading the D-Backs with 28 home runs and 73 RBIs. The D-Backs star outfielder on the other hand is sporting a .251 batting average along with 20 home runs and an .899 OPS. Arizona has been able to rely on their stability the entire first half of the 2025 season.

Carroll also gave credit to his teammates, “I think it says a lot about the work that we put in, both individually, but as a group, too. I think when you talk about the individual accomplishments and accolades and being recognized, a lot of that is based on the work of the whole of our offense.” (Credit: Alex D’Agostino | Sports Illustrated) The 2025 MLB All-Star Game will take place at Truist Park in Atlanta on Tuesday, July 15th.
