The Houston Astros defeated the Seattle Mariners in dramatic fashion on Sunday, and it was a player with a fitting name who delivered the game-winning hit.
The Astros and Mariners were tied 3-3 in the bottom of the ninth when Jose Altuve led off the inning with a single off of Seattle relief pitcher Casey Legumina. That brought first baseman Christian Walker to the plate.
Walker came through with a walk-off hit by blasting a line-drive home run to left field.

The Astros won, 5-3, to take three out of four games in their series against the Mariners and improve to 28-25 on the season. Seattle fell to 29-23.
Walker signed a three-year, $60M deal with Houston this offseason after spending the last eight years with the Arizona Diamondbacks. He has struggled at the plate and is hitting just .212 in 52 games, but Astros fans are hoping the walk-off homer will help get him going.
