Cincinnati Reds prospect Hector Rodriguez hit his first home run in the Dominican Winter League on Wednesday. Rodriguez is the Reds' 12th-ranked prospect, according to MLB Pipeline.
Coming into Wednesday's contest, Rodriguez was slashing .313/.343/.344 over 35 plate appearances.
Rodriguez's team is managed by Albert Pujols.
