When Will the 2025 MLB Awards Be Announced?

The 2025-26 MLB offseason is fast approaching – the World Series could end as soon as tonight! – but it’s probably going to take a while until the free agent and trade markets really heat up. The Winter Meetings, which often kick off the most exciting action, aren’t scheduled to begin until December 7.

Thankfully, there will still be plenty of baseball news to follow in November, even if transactions are few and far between. Awards season is about to begin.

It’s that special time on the baseball calendar when we celebrate the very best of the year that was – either that, or put up a stink because the player we want to celebrate isn’t getting the recognition we think he deserves. It’s fun either way!

Several awards have already been handed out. Mookie Betts added to his trophy collection with his first Roberto Clemente Award on Monday. Sports Info Solutions named their Fielding Bible Award winners earlier this month.

However, there is still plenty of hardware to be awarded, including the big four honors from the Baseball Writers’ Association of America.

Below, you’ll find a comprehensive list of dates to remember during MLB awards season, so you won’t miss any of the action.

November 10: BBWAA Jackie Robinson Rookie of the Year winners announced

November 11: BBWAA Manager of the Year winners announced

  • NL favorites: Pat Murphy, Craig Counsell, Terry Francona

  • NL favorite: Paul Skenes
