White Sox Update: Moncada, Jimenez, Giolito

The White Sox took down the Brewers yesterday on a rainy afternoon, while unfortunately, Tim Anderson, Lance Lynn, and Kendall Graveman will be returning to camp as runner ups in the World Baseball Classic.

In camp, Pedro Grifol gave an update on Eloy Jimenez’s minor injury, while Lucas Giolito discussed his latest Spring outing.

Pedro Grifol gives more context to Eloy Jimenez’s cramping

Grifol said Eloy Jiménez cramped up while sitting on the bench yesterday, not after running out a grounder. He said Jiménez has already ran and worked out today without issue, was scheduled to be off against the Brewers ahead of time, but will play tomorrow.

Lucas Giolito, as he has all spring, sat in the low-90s with his fastball, but looked very effective with a four-pitch mix.
