It's been an incredible year for Colorado State shot-put star Mya Lesnar. After winning a national championship earlier this year, she's now taking the next step in life by announcing she's in a relationship.

This week, San Francisco 49ers offensive lineman Drew Moss announced that he and Lesnar are officially in a relationship. The pair hard-launched the relationship on Instagram this week, with the two posing for some romantic photos at a wedding.

"My handsome man," Lesnar wrote in response to Moss' Instagram post.

It's no big mystery how the two of them met. Moss and Lesnar both attended Colorado State University. While Lesnar was winning titles in the shotput, Moss was emerging as one of the top offensive linemen in the Mountain West Conference.

Lesnar has been a viral sports figure for years ever since fans realized that she is the spitting image of her father, legendary WWE wrestler and MMA fighter Brock Lesnar.

As a result, many fans have been making all kinds of jokes about how sports leagues will try to recruit any children they may have:

"League owners are about to barge into the hospital with contracts lined up as soon as they birth a child. This like Hulk and She-Hulk having a kid," one user joked on X.

"Their future kid is on Mel Kiper’s 2049 big board," another declared.

"Buying Futures on their kids," a third wrote.

"Baby is gonna come out the womb hitting 315 for reps."

"Professional athlete regardless of gender."

"Every college in America will offer their first offspring a scholarship pre-natal."

"This is how we build American Yao Ming except instead of height we’re going for sheer power and girth. That kid is gonna come out of the womb dragging a Mack truck behind him."

Last month Mya Lesnar threw the shotput 19.01 meters to win the NCAA Outdoor Championship. Her win earned her an invitation to the Prefontaine Classic in July.

Unfortunately, she was overmatched as two-time world champion Chase Jackson set a new meet record with a 20.94 throw. Lesnar's 18.23-meter throw was only good for 10th.

Moss similarly might have been disappointed by not getting drafted. But he'll still get his shot to compete for a job in training camp with the 49ers.
