Scott Coker and Peter Y. Levin announced Ki MMA, a new mixed martial arts promotion set to debut in 2027 with a 32-fighter World Grand Prix spanning four continents.

The tournament will feature a single weight division, according to a Sherdog report. Coker, the former Strikeforce and Bellator president, and Levin are positioning the venture as a global competition format rather than a traditional league structure.

Ki MMA Adds Broadcast Veterans To Executive Team

The promotion has brought on former ESPN and NFL Network executives to its leadership group, along with a former matchmaker whose name was not disclosed in the announcement. The hires signal an emphasis on production and fighter logistics ahead of the 2027 launch.

Coker shared details of the format on social media with the tagline "32 FIGHTERS. 4 CONTINENTS. 1 DIVISION," per Sherdog. No specific weight class or roster names have been confirmed.

Ki MMA's debut date and broadcast partner are expected to be announced later this year.
