Colby Covington Finally Found Someone He Can Tap Out

The last submission win for Colby Covington came in 2016 when he topped Jonathan Meunier.

Since that time, Covington has earned three cracks at the UFC welterweight title and captured the interim belt.

But he’s gone just 2-3 over his last five.

Well, Covington showed he still has it; at least when it comes to non-UFC opponents.

In a video making the rounds on social media, Covington locked in a rear-naked choke on rapper Lil Pump. The 24-year-old musician went to sleep.

“Look at his eyes,” Covington said. “He’s out.”

After being woke back up, Lil Pump made sure to let everyone know he is doing fine following the session.

“Don’t try this at home,” he said on Instagram. “I got put to sleep.”
