Dan Hooker Drops Arman Tsarukyan Reference Mid-Faceoff With Benoit Saint-Denis

The UFC says that Arman Tsarukyan is very dangerous, as he previously punched a fan and pulled out of a main event. Recently, at UFC Qatar, he also headbutted Dan Hooker. Meanwhile, Hooker, who is facing Benoit Saint-Denis at UFC 325, didn’t get closer to BSD and joked about his last faceoff.

This is why the UFC didn’t let Tsarukyan fight for the interim lightweight belt: it was a Paramount card. However, he still hasn’t made his comeback in 2026, but his opponent, Hooker, is already fighting despite losing the fight. Meanwhile, ‘Hangman’ had PTSD from the Armenian fighter during his faceoff with the French fighter.

During the faceoff, the 35-year-old fighter said: “That’s close enough, I’m not getting anywhere f***g closer to him.”

Meanwhile, the UFC has made one of the best match-ups by setting up Hooker vs. Saint-Denis. BSD is on a three-fight win streak and is rising again, aiming for a title shot.

UFC 325 is just days away, and fans are already super excited as the crowd was full at the pre-fight press conference. In the co-main event, fans will see Dan Hooker vs. Benoit Saint-Denis, the most exciting lightweight fight on the card. Both fighters are looking to climb up in the rankings.

Hooker holds the record of 24 wins and 13 losses, and he recently lost against Arman Tsarukyan via submission. However, Saint-Denis, who is coming up with a three-fight win streak, is aiming to get his title shot. He recently defeated Beneil Dariush at UFC 322, which solidified his position for title contention.

Both fighters are known for their elite striking abilities, and fans are definitely going to get a treat in this fight. Can BSD win this fight and call for his title shot? Or will he face a setback and have to start his run from the bottom again? Time will tell us.
