Dana White Confirms Sealing The Deal For UFC White House Event

Promising fans nothing short of history, White vowed this spectacle will perfectly honor America’s 250th anniversary with unmatched energy.

He has revealed bold ambitions, promising the event will surpass UFC Noche by showcasing the “biggest and baddest” card ever assembled worldwide. Some of the biggest superstars, including Conor McGregor and Jon Jones, have already shown interest in competing on the card.

After Jones’ latest retirement drama, White admitted he remains uncertain about the former heavyweight champion’s potential return. However, he has strongly confirmed McGregor’s comeback promises, emphasizing their long-standing professional relationship and the fighter’s proven star power.

Dillon Danis is regarded as one of the most infamous fighters in combat sports, gaining attention for his controversial antics. He first rose to mainstream fame primarily because of his close relationship with Conor McGregor, serving as a loyal training partner.

Danis became a notorious figure after being directly involved in the infamous UFC 229 post-fight brawl between McGregor’s team and Khabib Nurmagomedov. Since 2019, the BJJ specialist has not remained active in combat sports. A high-profile boxing bout against Logan Paul was his last major outing.

Moreover, he has not fought in mixed martial arts for several years. As such, Danis now plans a high-profile comeback alongside McGregor. In a recent interview, the BJJ expert talked about having conversations with UFC top brass about the White House event.
