LAS VEGAS — The UFC’s ambitious White House event is no longer just  a concept.According to UFC CEO Dana White, the fight card itself has already been assembled. Speaking at the Zuffa Boxing 3 post-fight press conference in Las Vegas. White confirmed that matchmaking for the June event expected to take place on the South Lawn of the White House in Washington, D.C. is complete.

“We have like two different options laid out and the matchmaking process has already started out,” White said. “So yeah, we got the White House card done last week.”

White quickly clarified that while the fights are set internally, the broader event planning remains in motion.

“I didn’t say it was done, I said the card was built,” White added.

Production logistics are now the primary focus. White revealed that he and UFC executive Craig Borsari will travel to Washington, D.C. this week to meet with U.S. President Donald Trump and his team to iron out the event’s structure and presentation.

“We’ve been kicking around a lot of ideas,” White said. “Me and Craig actually fly to D.C. this week and sit down with the President and his team and start walking them through not just the production, but the fight card.”

Multiple Production Scenarios in Play

White indicated there are three separate production options under consideration, ranging from stage design to layout and overall presentation.

“We have like three different options on all the different production stuff, and we will see what he likes and what he doesn’t like,” White explained.

Though he declined to reveal specific matchups, White emphasized the scale of what’s being planned.

“This event is going to be so bada-- and so unique and so special and so expensive.”

A Historic Setting

The proposed June card is expected to feature multiple title fights and a limited lineup reportedly six to seven bouts total suggesting a tightly curated, high-stakes showcase. If finalized, the event would mark the first major MMA card staged on the White House grounds a symbolic and unprecedented setting for the UFC.

The combination of championship stakes, political pageantry, and prime-time spectacle would place the event among the most talked-about in combat sports history before a single punch is thrown.

While White insists the card is built. Official bout announcements are likely contingent on final approval of the production plan and venue logistics. With White and Borsari heading to Washington this week, the next phase shifts from matchmaking to execution. For now, one thing is clear: The UFC’s White House event is no longer hypothetical. It’s in motion.
