Former UFC flyweight champion Deiveson Figueiredo has shared some shocking details after he was involved in a car crash in his native Brazil today.
A current bantamweight contender, former flyweight kingpin Deiveson Figueiredo snapped his two-fight losing skid earlier this month.
And returning to home soil, the Para fan-favorite bested Montel Jackson over three rounds in a co-main event win in Rio de Janeiro.
However, remaining in his home country in the time since, Figueiredo shared some horror details after a shocking car crash this evening.
Posting footage following the incident in his home state of Para, the former flyweight champion described how the vehicle he was traveling in rolled numerous times during a scary car crash.
“Thank God for the deliverance. I had an accident today,” Figueiredo posted on Instagram. “I was following on Quintino Bocaiuva Street, going towards Gentil Bitencourt.
