When Magomed Ankalaev and Alex Pereira first fought at UFC 313 in March. Ankalaev defeated Pereira via unanimous decision and captured the 205-pound championship. On Saturday, Pereira only needed 80 seconds to win the belt back.
The two ran it back in the UFC 320 main event at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. Pereira came out aggressive and the game plan paid off. After putting Ankalaev on his heels, Pereira connected with a right hand that badly hurt the Russian. He finished with a series of elbows on the ground. Following the stunning win, fighters reacted to Pereira become two-time light heavyweight titleholder.
