Movsar Evloev isn’t in the mood to play around with Aljamain Sterling. A rivalry has brewed between Sterling and Evloev in the last few weeks. While there has been some back and forth from both the fighters, Evloev is ready to end it, once and for all.

Aljamain Sterling recently shared a hilarious video of him mocking Movsar Evloev. This led to a series of tweets engaging in an online scuffle. The ‘Funkmaster’ then accused Evloev of being a ‘boring fighter’, which didn’t sit well with the Russian.

Aljamain Sterling made his featherweight move at the iconic UFC 300. In the PPV event, Sterling defeated Calvin Kattar via unanimous decision. However, fans didn’t appreciate his fighting approach and the fighter was booed off the octagon. However, it didn’t stop the former bantamweight champion from calling out Evloev after the win.

Movsar Evloev is currently on an impressive 8-fight unbeaten streak in the UFC and ranks #5 in the division. With both him and Sterling eyeing a title shot, the pair fighting could potentially be a great matchup for the UFC. Sterling would like to take this opportunity and get a finish to change the public opinion about him.

Sean O’Malley predicts ‘boring’ Aljamain Sterling’s next featherweight challenge

Sean O’Malley dethroned Aljamain Sterling from the UFC bantamweight champion position at UFC 292 with a brutal TKO finish. This led to the former champion moving up and trying his luck in the featherweight division. Unfortunately, his featherweight debut also attracted a lot of criticism from fight fans.

While talking about the situation, O’Malley revealed that Sterling’s fighting is boring and also talked about potential fights.

‘Suga’ was spot on as both Movsar Evloev and Sterling have gone at each other full steam ahead on social media. However, the promotion has not made any updates regarding any potential fight. Nevertheless, this has definitely kept the featherweight division entertaining.
