Isabella Mir, daughter of former UFC champion Frank Mir, to make pro MMA debut

As ESPN's Ariel Helwani wrote, Isabella Mir, daughter of two-time UFC heavyweight champion Frank Mir, will make her professional mixed martial arts debut on Oct. 22 when she faces Danielle Wynn in a 135-pound fight for Ikon Fighting Federation in Mexico.

While Wynn holds a 4-3 amateur record, Mir never competed at that level. Wynn will also be fighting in her first pro bout.

Frank Mir last fought in October 2019 when he defeated Roy Nelson in the main event of Bellator 231. The 41-year-old who famously tallied a win over Brock Lesnar in Lesnar's first UFC contest in February 2008 has recently been linked with Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship (BKFC).

BKFC signed former UFC star Paige VanZant in August.
