Joe Rogan’s daughter shared the same view as a lot of fans following last weekend’s event.

Charles Oliveira planned to focus on patience when he won the BMF title by dominating Max Holloway over five rounds this past Saturday.

While there haven’t been too many barnburners inside the Octagon in 2026 yet, it seemed like a very safe bet that this rematch would deliver exactly that.

Dana White, who spoke about the fight not living up to expectations, certainly isn’t the only one who was underwhelmed by what they saw at UFC 326.

Joe Rogan’s daughter thought the BMF title fight at UFC 326 was ‘so boring’

Joe Rogan was critical of the fans during the UFC 326 main event due to the criticism the matchup was receiving while it was happening.

To win that way was certainly impressive from Charles Oliveira’s standpoint but the expectations hanging over the matchup and the BMF belt led to some frustrated reactions.

During a recent podcast episode, the UFC commentator revealed that he even had to defend his stance on the fight to his own family.

“My daughter complained about it,” he said during the Joe Rogan Experience #2468. “She was like, ‘the main event was so boring’. I’m like you’re a casual. My daughter’s a casual.”

Rogan went on to explain that he got enjoyment out of the matchup by questioning how Max Holloway was going to try and counter his opponent’s approach, which he wasn’t able to do.

“They [the fans] do, they do love a slug fest,” he continued. “But, that’s the sport. The sport is sometimes it’s going to be exciting and sometimes it’s just going to be a ground battle but for me, it was exciting.”

Rogan started on the topic of Oliveira after highlighting him as one of the best examples of a fighter who becomes changed after suffering a setback in their career.
