Jon Jones continued to have fun at the expense of Tom Aspinall on Wednesday.

The UFC heavyweight champion was unable to continue fighting after he was the victim of a double eye poke from Ciryl Gane at UFC 321 last weekend.

Jon Jones mocked the man who chased a fight with him for a year by updating his profile picture to an avatar of a duck wearing an eyepatch.

Sticking with the eyepatch theme, another shot was fired at Tom Aspinall when ‘Bones’ arrived at the Dirty Boxing 4 weigh-ins.

Jon Jones made his grand arrival at the latest Dirty Boxing event on the back of a white horse.

Fans quickly noticed that the horse bizarrely had a cover over just one of its eyes.

The greatest MMA fighter of all time made sure to mention it when asked about his epic entrance.

“You’ve gotta do it right,” Jones said.

“We’re having a good night.”

Tom Aspinall injury update

On Tuesday, Tom Aspinall’s dad provided a worrying update about his son’s health days after UFC 321.

“It’s bad,” Andy Aspinall said.

“It’s not good. His eye is a little bit more closed than it was. His right eye, he still can’t see anything, said it’s still just grey. They tested him on words, and he just couldn’t see anything. His left eye, 50%, he went down about four letters, and then he couldn’t see the letters.

“So, one is really, really blurry and one’s still not working.”

Aspinall is set to undergo additional tests and a CT scan to see whether the bone is alright in the coming days.
