Former UFC star Jorge Masvidal stepped in to protect popular online personality Hasbulla after a wild brawl broke out in the Russian Ultimate Fighter house.
Earlier this year, filming began for the Russian version of The Ultimate Fighter, Alf Reality, which was originally scheduled to include Nate Diaz and Jon Jones competing against each other.
Despite that, not long into filming, Diaz opted out of the series after a huge brawl erupted in the house after one of the competitors attempted to start beef with Diaz over previous feuds with Khabib Nurmagomedov and Khamzat Chimaev.
Subsequently, a few different former UFC stars were brought in to take part in the show, two of which were Jorge Masvidal and Yoel Romero.
Seemingly, a running theme on the reality show is that fights break out between contestants, and they’re allowed to just go at it until they’re broken up.
And even Jones himself revealed that things ‘got serious’ when Diaz was attacked on the show, showing that things aren’t set up for entertainment.
Following Diaz’s exit from the show, Masvidal and Romero were drafted in to take part in the show, with the two having a good relationship with the former UFC heavyweight world champion.
In a recent video posted on social media, footage shows another huge fight breaking out in the house, as Jones, Masvidal, Romero and internet sensation Hasbulla watched on.
Despite that, the fight quickly erupted into a pretty violent brawl, and the two contestants in question ended up spilling onto the seating area where the aforementioned four were sat.
‘Gamebred’ immediately realized that Hasbulla could be in trouble if the fighters landed on him and continued exchanging punches, so he put himself in the firing line in an attempt to protect the Russian.
Soon after, Romero got up off the sofa to try and defuse the brawl and Jones followed as he tried to calm down one of the contestants.
During the brawl, former UFC star Romero couldn’t quite believe his eyes that the two contestants were just allowed to brawl with each other.
After over five minutes of attempting to calm both fighters down, Romero stood with a shocked look on his face which Jones found hilarious as he stood and goaded ‘Soldier of God’.
