Josh Emmett may have been the victor in the UFC on ESPN 37 main event, but he’ll need doctor clearance before he can return to the Octagon.

Emmett received an indefinite suspension from the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) following his split decision triumph over Calvin Kattar in their featherweight bout on Saturday at the Moody Center in Austin, Texas. Even if cleared, Emmett is sidelined a minimum of 45 days. Kattar, meanwhile, is out for 15 days.

The TDLR released a full list of medical suspensions to  MMAjunkie.com. The Texas commission does not reveal the nature of each suspension, but everyone on the card received at least a seven-day precautionary sit.

Five other fighters were suspended indefinitely pending physician clearance: Tim Means, Albert Duraev, Julian Marquez, Deron Winn and Kyle Daukaus.
