UFC veteran Kelvin Gastelum will welcome Sean Brady back to the octagon at an undisclosed UFC event on December 2. The fight was first reported by 'HeuxDat' and Harry Mac on X, September 24.

Gastelum made a successful return to welterweight in his last outing, defeating Chris Curtis via decision. Brady on the other hand suffered his first professional defeat, a TKO loss to Belal Muhammad at UFC 280 last year.
This will be Gastelum's chance to jump straight into the welterweight rankings. The former interim title challenger is currently unranked at Welterweight but has the rare opportunity to hop straight into the top 10 with a decisive victory over Brady.

This unconventional matchmaking is likely due to Brady's year-long hiatus from the sport, and it will serve as a type of litmus test to see how he competes with the very best the sport has to offer.
The location for this December 2 UFC event is still undisclosed, but the card so far is looking very promising (subject to change):
