Khamzat Chimaev has stated he believes he would defeat Dricus du Plessis every time they step into the Octagon together.

The UFC Middleweight Champion made the assertion following his title-winning performance at UFC 319 on August 16, 2025. Chimaev secured a unanimous decision victory after five competitive rounds.

While acknowledging du Plessis’ resilience, the unbeaten titleholder remains convinced the matchup favors him.
