King Green homeless despite 13-year UFC career

King Green has a wealth of experience in combat sports, but it seems his finances aren’t as good as he would like outside of the cage.

Green has always been a lovable fighter, carrying an authenticity that not many other contenders possess. From his unfiltered speeches on the mic to his self-described hood style of fighting, the 40-year-old veteran is a great addition to the UFC lightweight roster. He is also ageing like a fine wine, currently on a four-fight win streak, with an incredibly impressivebuzzer-beating knockout against Terrance McKinney in his last outing.

But it’s not all fun and games for King Green. During an appearance on Arnold Barboza’s Kick stream, Green opened up about his situation away from fighting. While he does own several houses, he allegedly offered his friend’s homes to live in, leaving him without housing.

“I got like nine houses, but I’m f***ing homeless right now,” Green said. “All my homies live in all of my homes and sh*t, so I’m f***ing living out of my car as we speak. It’s crazy, you know?”

Green continued:

“It’s just a part of life, bro. And I just want to show people real life. I deal with sh*t like this all the time. Last camp, I got robbed of $300,000 of jewelry. It’s like it never stops with the f***ing bullsh*t… I had a girlfriend at the time, so I was staying with my girlfriend… then we broke up a couple days ago. So, I’ll find a spot after this fight. I’ll figure something out.”
