Welcome to PFL results for the 2024 season. The first event of the year kicked off Thursday night, airing live on ESPN and streaming on ESPN+. Tournament action took place in both the heavyweight and women’s flyweight divisions from Boeing Center at Tech Port in San Antonio.
Up next will be PFL 2 on Friday, April 12 from The Theater at Virgin Hotels in Las Vegas. That night, light heavyweight and lightweights will take to the SmartCage also on ESPN and streaming on ESPN+.
Valentin Moldavsky and Denis Goltsov served notice that they are threats in the heavyweight division.
Moldavsky finished Ante Delija in the first round in the main event, connecting with knees on the 2022 season winner. The former interim Bellator heavyweight champion is now 13-3 overall.
In the co-main, Goltsov finished former Bellator contender Linton Vassell late in the third round.
