Sean Strickland is a strong candidate for the most controversial athlete on the UFC roster. Since having his first taste of the spotlight, Strickland has struggled to be anything other than questionable, and Rampage Jackson has now witnessed that firsthand.
The 34-year-old is currently serving a six-month ban from competition after storming the cage and hitting a fighter who had just submitted one of his teammates. With the prohibition nearing its end, Strickland has been preparing for his UFC return in a very unique way.
Instead of setting his sights solely on his next opponent, Sean Strickland has been joining live streams. On said live streams, Strickland found himself beating up several influencers at once.
Observing the mayhem up close and personal, Rampage Jackson had much to say about Strickland.
"I'm gonna go ahead and say it, something's wrong with Strickland," Rampage said after meeting Strickland on Adin Ross' stream. "Something wrong with him."
"Autism or something. No, real talk, something's wrong with him."
Sean Strickland has been open about his struggle with mental health, but Rampage Jackson maintains his belief that the UFC contender has unresolved issues.
Whether or not he does have an underlying mental issue, Strickland is unapologetically himself. This was on full display during his meeting with Jackson, who claimed Strickland was openly saying racial slurs.
"This motherf***er's already in trouble [with the UFC], and he's saying whatever the f*** he wants to say," Jackson continued. "He even said a couple of words that I thought were banned. I am like, 'F***, man, this n**** is crazy.' He even said n****."
"God, Strickland, bro. That motherf***er is going to say what is on his motherf***ing mind. Damn... There might be some autism there."
