Sean Strickland is not a big fan of the controversial street fighter ‘Death Sentence’ after a heated rant from the social media star.

Controversial former UFC champion Strickland was one of many top fighters who was caught in the crosshairs as ‘Death Sentence’ tore into a host of big names. Real name Maraji Johnson, the Street Beefs star has been training with one of MMA’s greatest ever fighters Demetrious Johnson in recent months.

However, it seems that such training hasn’t had much impact. ‘Death’ did win his first ever fight after a camp with his namesake, but proceeded to be brutally knocked out in his next effort after gassing himself out in pursuit of a highlight reel finish.

Sean Strickland is not a fan of ‘Death Sentence’

Sean Strickland was one of the many fighters, including Jon Jones, who ‘Death Sentence’ mocked in his first video training with Demetrious Johnson. And in a new interview with Liv MMA, Strickland mocked the street fighter for his efforts.

“Dude, that guy’s f—ing half r—–ed dog,” Strickland replied when asked about Johnson training ‘Death Sentence’. “Yeah, no he’s full r—–ed. It’s hard bro because I’m a man who did drop out of high school.

“But then you have like a pretty impoverished place with a guy who can’t even f—ing count. But if you were to take how many people in that environment probably have his IQ, his intellectual abilities, I don’t want to hate on the guy too much. It’s just kind of sad because – I can’t say too much, it’s just sad.”

‘Death Sentence’ tore into Sean Strickland in bizarre video

When ‘Death Sentence’ initially mocked Strickland, Johnson warned him that it might not be a wise idea given the former UFC champion’s propensity for outbursts. But it didn’t stop the street fighter, who tore into the former middleweight champion for how he handled his losses to Dricus Du Plessis.

After initially claiming to be a fan of Strickland’s, the street fighter changed his tune, saying: “You used to be a gangster. You shook his hand… Sean, you are a f—— gangster. You should not take that s—. You need to rematch DDP, do not shake his f—— hand.

“Don’t show no sportsmanship… Rematch him, I want to see that fight again. I want to see it but I want to see the true Sean Strickland. I saw the gangster in you, I know you got it in you.”
