After already fighting for his life days ago due to a house fire, legendary UFC Hall of Famer Mark Coleman is now back in the hospital battling a case of pneumonia.

A recent update from Coleman's daughter, Kenzie, on the former MMA fighter's social media revealed that the former UFC champion had been released from St. Vincent's Hospital in Toledo, Ohio, on March 15.

An hour after the family returned to Columbus, however, Coleman began complaining of pain and numbness in his arms and chest, leading to a return to the hospital.

Despite the pneumonia diagnosis, Kenzie Coleman says her dad is still maintaining an upbeat attitude.

Coleman Back In Hospital Due To Pneumonia

"He is the true definition of a fighter and defines strength like no other," Kenzie Coleman said in the social media post. "Sometimes I even think he’s a super human. He loves you all so much. He always says without his supporters he's nothing. It feels good to be home with my daddy. Please continue to pray for his healing and health during this recovery process."

Coleman was rushed to the hospital on March 12 after rescuing his parents from a house fire in their home in Fremont, Ohio. Coleman managed to save his parents but was overwhelmed by the effects of the fire and smoke inhalation while going back in to try and save his dog, Hammer.

A couple of days after being sedated and intubated, it was reported that Coleman was breathing on his own and pulling through, with "The Hammer" releasing emotional statements on his social media accounts.
