The Octagon is back at high elevation as the UFC returns to Mexico for the first time since September 2019 for UFC on ESPN+ 95: Moreno vs. Royval 2 from Arena CDMX in Mexico City. The main event will see former UFC Flyweight Champion Brandon Moreno square off with Brandon Royval for the second time. The two first met in November 2020 at UFC 255, a fight won by Moreno via first-round TKO. Both are also coming off title fight losses to Alexandre Pantoja, and the winner could get another crack at the champion, who will be in attendance. The co-main event is another five-round rematch as Yair Rodriguez takes on Brian Ortega in featherweight action. The two previously fought in July 2022, but that fight never really got going as Ortega suffered a shoulder injury late in the first round, which ended the fight. This will be Ortega's first fight since suffering that injury. Also on the main card is a lightweight bout pitting Daniel Zellhuber against Francisco Prado; a bantamweight bout with Raul Rosas Jr. taking on
