UFC Results: All the fight results and highlights from UFC On ESPN+

Welcome to the latest UFC results from Ringside Intel. This week, we bring you UFC on ESPN+ 98 from the Apex in Las Vegas. In the main event, middleweights Brendan Allen and Chris Curtis battled. All the action streamed live on ESPN+.

Allen, a former Legacy Fighting Alliance Champion, has scored six submission wins inside the Octagon and won numerous fight-night bonuses. He is also a former winner of the IMMAF 2015 Amateur middleweight title.

Curtis, who stepped in for Marvin Vettori after he pulled out, came into the bout with 45 professional combat sports matches including two in boxing. He announced his retirement in 2019, only to return a year later.

Damon Jackson and Alexander Hernandez, Jose Mariscal and Morgan Charriere, Ignacio Bahamondes and Christos Giagos, and Charlie Campbell and Trevor Peek rounded out the main card.

UFC 300 is set for the next event for the promotion.

Main Event: Brendan Allen slips by resilient Chris Curtis

After five rounds and 25 minutes of action, it was ruled a split decision win for Brendan Allen, as he avoided the upset loss. The 28-year-old pushed his win streak to seven in a row, avenging a 2021 loss to Curtis in the process.

Allen is now 12-2 since joining the UFC, with the other loss coming to Sean Strickland back in 2020.

Damon Jackson earned a decision over Alexander Hernandez with Jose Mariscal, Ignacio Bahamondes and Charlie Campbell adding wins.
