Aiemann Zahabi is not worried about what the odds say for his UFC White House fight.
The bantamweight contender was among the more surprising names to feature when the June 14 card was unveiled during last Saturday’s UFC 326 broadcast.
Zahabi will fight Sean O’Malley on the White House lineup, as he looks to continue his winning form inside the Octagon and earn his first title shot.
Betting odds would suggest that the Canadian has little chance of that happening, but Zahabi is unfazed.
The UFC White House card reveal certainly split opinion, with many underwhelmed by the matchups set to take place in Washington D.C. this June.
Plenty of critics have pointed to the O’Malley vs Zahabi bantamweight clash, describing it as the UFC’s attempt to push ‘Suga’ back to the title.
That sentiment is seemingly reflected by the betting odds, which have the former champion as a significant favorite over Zahabi.
But the No. 6-ranked contender is taking no notice of such narratives in the lead-up to UFC White House and plans to let his fighting do the talking.
“The odds won’t be in the cage fighting for us,” Zahabi wrote.

Despite entering as a huge favorite, O’Malley is coming up against a lengthy winning run at the White House.
Zahabi has climbed the ladder at 135 pounds courtesy of a seven-fight winning streak since returning from a two-year layoff in 2021.
After getting past the legendary Jose Aldo, Zahabi beat Marlon ‘Chito’ Vera in his most recent fight last October.
He’ll now look to net the biggest win of his career at what promises to be the UFC’s grandest event of 2026, headlined by title fights featuring Ilia Topuria and Alex Pereira.
