3CHI hopes to return to Kyle Busch sponsor lineup ‘later this year’

Kyle Busch has been reeling in numerous sponsors for the 2024 season, most recently with anchor partner, zone premium nicotine pouches. But, where does that leave 3CHI and the “Kyle Kush” branding that NASCAR fans have taken to in the last year?

Well, after reportedly being out with Busch and RCR, the cannabis brand is hoping that they haven’t been fully pushed out yet.

Adam Stern of Sports Business Journal reported the other day that 3CHI is trying to get in on this season at some point. That will likely be later in the year. For now, “Kyle Kush” shirts and vapes are still available.

So, it seems that the partnership isn’t over yet. RCR has put together quite a sponsor portfolio. 3CHI fits right in there with zone and Rebel Bourbon.

From M&M’s to the holy trinity of vices, Kyle Busch and RCR have carved out a niche and I think it can pay off. Easy to access and consume products are the best sponsors in NASCAR, and if the Cheddar’s and McLaren Grill sponsorships last year were any sign, Busch fans will purchase these products with pride.

There will be fans who are not happy with nicotine, bourbon, and cannabis being sponsors for Busch. However, for the most part, these are products that people use all the time. The tobacco/nicotine industry has been looking to get back into the NASCAR market and now appears to be the time.

Richard Childress Racing and Kyle Busch aren’t afraid of any stigma. They have embraced their sponsors and will likely keep doing so with these new partnerships in 2024. Is it the most “family-friendly” group of sponsors? No, but maybe that’s what the sport needs.

It would be great to see 3CHI stick with Rowdy this season. It would be nice just to have them stay in the NASCAR world in some capacity or another. As NASCAR continues to branch out and attempt to reach new audiences, sponsors will play a big part.

What sponsor are you most excited about among Kyle Busch’s set of partners? It is going to be an interesting second season at RCR for Busch, to say the least.
