He pointed out that the GOAT athlete brings in a lot of business relations and brand value to the team, which is one of his major contributions. The three times Daytona 500 winner also pointed out that, Jordan is very understanding when it comes to things like what the team wants when asked for something.  

It’s hard to say what he brings other than the affiliation of being with the greatest athlete in the world. He’s obviously got some business relationships as well that he brings to the table. One thing I definitely love about him is that any ask and I try not ask him to do too much, but he understands when I do ask him to do something, that it’s important. The JGR driver revealed that Michael Jordan is someone who is really curious about the VIP Meet and Greets 23XI Racing has. He pointed out that Jordan digs deep into the individuals who attends these events and cares a lot about it.

He’s always curious when we do have VIP meet and greets. He wants to know their names, who are they with, what’s their affiliation, what’s their job, like he cares. Denny Hamlin said.

The Hamlin-Jordan dynamic and friendship is a major factor behind the success 23XI Racing had over the years. While Hamlin’s experience with in the sport helps him run the team well, Jordan helps them in the business aspects and also acts as an ambassador for the team.
