FORT WORTH, Texas — The High Limit Racing returned to Texas on Thursday night ahead of NASCAR’s weekend at Texas Motor Speedway, delivering an action-packed sprint car feature.
Kyle Larson started on the pole and quickly took control of the race, building a sizable lead in the early stages. A caution for Tyler Courtney with 20 laps remaining briefly reset the field, but Larson once again surged ahead on the restart.
From there, he was untouchable.
Larson pulled away to secure the victory, continuing his strong run of form across multiple series. Rico Abreu finished second, while Aaron Reutzel rounded out the podium in third.
The High Limit Racing Series is scheduled to return to Texas following Saturday’s NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series race, adding even more action to an already busy weekend.
Fans will have multiple viewing options, with coverage available on platforms such as FloRacing, Amazon Prime Video, Roku, and Fubo. The event is set to begin at 7 p.m. EDT.
With sprint cars and NASCAR sharing the spotlight, it shapes up to be a busy and exciting week of racing in Texas.
