Jesse Love, the No. 4-ranked NASCAR Xfinity Series driver, will get to test his talents against Cup circuit competition in two more events for Richard Childress Racing.
Love remains scheduled to drive the No. 33 Chevrolet in Sunday’s AdventHealth 400 at Kansas Speedway and at Richmond Raceway at Aug. 16. The 20-year-old pilot made his series debut at Bristol Motor Speedway on April 13, finishing P31.
In 12 Xfinity appearances this season, Love has one win and eight top-10 finishes. He also earned a win at Rockingham, but it was eliminated after being disqualified during post-race inspection.
“I’m looking forward to being back behind the wheel of the No. 33 C4 Ultimate Energy Chevrolet this weekend at Kansas,” Love said via press release. “Kansas has been a great track for me throughout my career and to have the opportunity to run the Cup car consecutive weeks on a mile-and-a-half track is going to be valuable experience.”
Entering Sunday’s event, Kyle Larson (+310) drew the top sports-betting odds to capture his second Cup championship, according to FanDuel Sportsbook.

The Championship 4 race will be switching venues next season. With Phoenix Raceway scheduled to stage the 2025 finale for a sixth-straight year, NASCAR officials are planning for annual changes.
NASCAR Executive Vice President Ben Kennedy told The Athletic that the national series intends to rotate the championship site from year to year, beginning with Homestead-Miami Speedway in ‘26. The South Florida venue hosted the finale from 2002 to 19.
“It is a change,” Kennedy said. “We’ve also made a handful of other pretty bold changes to the schedule — we’ve gone to new venues, we’ve shook up the Clash (exhibition race), we’ve changed the playoff schedule — and one of the remaining things that we have on our checkoff list is to also begin a rotation of our championship and move it to different venues. So glad we were able to deliver on that one.”
A title will be won once again in South Florida
