Kaden Honeycutt was the fastest driver in NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series practice at Kansas Speedway on Saturday afternoon, setting down a speed of 174.03 miles per hour on his fastest lap of the session.
Honeycutt, who drives the No. 45 Chevrolet Silverado for Niece Motorsports, is ninth in the Truck Series standings through eight races and finished fourth at Kansas in May 2024.

Stewart Friesen, Connor Mosack, Andres Perez and Gio Ruggiero rounded out the top-five, with Layne Riggs, Corey Heim, Luke Baldwin, Grant Enfinger and Matt Mills completing the top-10.
Other notable practice results include Rajah Caruth in 11th, William Byron in 13th, defending Truck Series champion Ty Majeski in 15th, Carson Hocevar in 16th and three-time Truck Series champion Matt Crafton in 23rd.
Qualifying is next for the Truck Series, with coverage on FS2.
Heim is the defending winner of both Kansas races, and will go for his third consecutive victory at the 1.5-mile facility on Saturday evening. Heim also won the last Truck Series race at Texas Motor Speedway on May 2.
The Heart of America 200 will go green shortly after 7:30 p.m. ET, with coverage on FS1, NRN and SiriusXM NASCAR Radio. Pre-race coverage will begin at 7 p.m. ET on NRN.
