It looks like the WWE isn't the only new thing former New England Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski is exploring. He'll reportedly serve as the grand marshal for a NASCAR virtual racing event on Sunday alongside Mojo Rawley, according to theScore.
Gronkowski and Rawley will start Sunday's race on the Virtual Bristol Motor Speedway track. It's set to get underway at 1 p.m. EST and will be aired on both Fox and FS1.
While NASCAR is on hiatus due to the coronavirus outbreak, its iRacing events have been a hit. Last weekend's race drew 1.339 million viewers for Fox and FS1. Timmy Hill defeated William Byron in the last lap after making a nice move to get around him.
Here's a pretty cool video of Round 4 of the NASCAR Coca Cola series that took place on Tuesday.

If you like any sort of racing, these virtual events are actually a phenomenal idea from NASCAR, especially considering it's not just a simulation and the real drivers are competing for virtual glory.
