Ross Chastain, Daniel Suárez strip down in hilarious Jockey video

No matter what you think about them, the Trackhouse Racing guys are dedicated. Ross Chastain and Daniel Suárez are also hilarious. As part of a new announcement that Jockey will stay on as a primary sponsor through the 2025 NASCAR season, the team put together a hilarious new video that has both drivers showing a little too much of themselves.

Sponsorship is the name of the game in modern NASCAR. If you can’t get the funding, then the dream is never going to materialize. For the Trackhouse Racing crew, their partners are special. Even with Busch Light joining the fold in 2024, Jockey is securing its place with the team.

Of course, everyone jokes when someone has an underwear partner. And if you thought Trackhouse didn’t have its own line of underwear designs, you’d be mistaken. Ross Chastain and Daniel Suárez bared it all for the sponsor and for all those fans out there.

You know who you are.

How about that subtle mention of Shane van Gisbergen? “Why doesn’t Shane have to be here?” Ross Chastain asked.

Whether or not he has beautiful legs remains to be seen. What SVG does have is a beautiful racing style and a ton of talent. So, is this a hint that the van Gisbergen destination in 2024 is Trackhouse?

While nothing is set in stone, it would make a lot of sense. For now, Trackhouse Racing fans can be happy that they have a strong partner in Jockey. Since this video dropped I’m sure they’ve already sold some of those Trackhouse briefs.

Ross Chastain needs a strong performance

So, it was all fun and games with the Jockey video. However, things are going to quickly get serious again. The NASCAR Cup Series heads to Michigan this weekend and it will be a chance to get the season back on the right track ahead of the playoffs.

If you look back at the last two seasons for Chastain, this part of the year is not his strongest. It might be the tracks that NASCAR races on or something else. Whatever it is, Michigan doesn’t appear to be a track that Chastain has had any success at, ever. However, he is going to race the Xfinity Series Cabo Wabo 250 as well this weekend.

In fact, last season was the best finish for Ross Chastain ever at Michigan. He was P24 after starting P22. I’m not sure what it is about these intermediate tracks and short tracks but the Trackhouse crew has struggled in the last month or so of the season.

Last year, if it wasn’t for a string of top-5 finishes in the last six weeks of the season, Chastain would not have made the Championship 4. He needs to turn up the heat and pull a top-10 finish out from somewhere if possible.
