Top-5 NASCAR Paint Schemes: Bank of America Roval 400
Mandatory Credit: John David Mercer-USA TODAY Sports

At the end of the Bank of America Roval 400, four NASCAR Playoff drivers will be eliminated. But some of them will look good doing it. We’ve got some playoff cars and some non-playoff cars to appreciate this week. It is actually one of my favorite groups we’ve had in a long time.

I like lots of colors and cars that pop on track. Then again, there is something about simplicity that can really make a car stand out. I think we’ve got four cars in that first category and then a fifth car that is definitely simplistic.

We’ve got Jordan Brand back this week. IHOP went all-in with Aric Almirola. Let’s just get into it and rate all of these looks.

It’s fall, the cool weather is finally settling in for the most part here in Kentucky. NASCAR weekends are getting a little cozier as Halloween is approaching. This is a great time of the year. We’ve got some great NASCAR schemes for the Roval, too.

Top Paint Schemes for NASCAR Roval

Aric Almirola – IHOP Ford Mustang
This week IHOP is back with the Stewart-Haas Racing driver. They aren’t just on the back quarter panel, either. This blue and red scheme is awesome and Almirola will be participating in the pink Window of Hope program. 8.5/10.

William Byron – HP Chevy Camaro
Here is a championship favorite that could end up winning at the NASCAR Roval 400. Byron is with a new sponsor this week. HP is back in NASCAR and looks great on this 24-car. Simple, clean, and it might just end up in victory lane. Byron is one of the favorites for this weekend. 8/10.

Tyler Reddick – Jordan Brand Toyota Camry
Once again, 23XI Racing comes through with the Jordan Brand scheme. This one was designed by WINGS program participants. Based on the Jordan 5 Alternate Grape, this scheme brings the shoe to life on this car. Seriously impressive design. 10/10.

Ricky Stenhouse Jr. – Harris Teeter/Totino’s Chevy Camaro
Another week and another Ricky Stenhouse Jr. banger of a scheme. When the 47 hits the track for the NASCAR Roval, it might look cool on the outside but is going to be hot on the inside. You know… like a pizza roll. Anyway, I love the look, red pops, and the subtle racing lines on the side really make this look for me. 8/10.

Daniel Suárez – Aguas Frescas Chevy Camaro
Trackhouse Racing is back with another Aguas Frescas scheme. Loved this car last year, but I think this season’s design might be better. It isn’t as busy, and the flowers and fruit on the side are great. If you haven’t had the Hibiscus flavor, get it. Then order it by name, jamaica (Ha-My-Ka, not Ja-May-Ka) at your local taqueria and thank me later. 8.5/10.
