At the end of the 2024 NASCAR Cup Series season, Tyler Reddick had all the momentum in the world behind him.
After winning the Cup Series regular-season championship and advancing to the Championship 4 with a clutch win at Homestead-Miami Speedway, the Corning, California, native was poised for another big season in 2025.
But as his team in 23XI Racing battled NASCAR in the courtroom, Reddick and the No. 45 team went through a 2025 season in which the two-time O'Reilly Auto Parts Series champion went winless and was eliminated from the postseason in the round of 8.
It was Reddick's worst season at 23XI and one in which he posted his fewest top-10 finishes (14) since his rookie season in 2020.
Reddick carries a 38-race winless streak in 2026 and will get his first opportunity to snap it in the 68th running of the Daytona 500 on Feb. 15. Despite not being known as a particularly strong superspeedway racer, Reddick finished runner-up to William Byron in the 2025 running of the Great American Race.
Reddick can win at nearly any track on the schedule, but his best opportunity to break his winless streak early in the season will be at Circuit of the Americas on March 1.
Reddick has never finished worse than ninth at COTA and dominated the 2023 race at the facility in what was his first win with 23XI. Should he get back to victory lane in Austin, his drought would end at 40 races.
