The biggest incident thus far in Sunday's Shriners Children's 500 at Phoenix Raceway collected seven cars and took multiple contenders out of the race.
On Lap 99, a group of cars was four-wide on the exit of Turn 2. As you can probably imagine, things didn't end well.

Chase Briscoe, Carson Hocevar and Justin Haley made heavy contact on corner exit, with Briscoe catching air for a brief moment and Hocevar making heavy contact with the outside wall. Riley Herbst, Shane van Gisbergen, Todd Gilliland, Alex Bowman, Noah Gragson, Brad Keselowski and Cole Custer were all involved as well.

The damage incurred on the cars of Hocevar, Haley and Herbst was terminal, forcing them out of the race.
The exit of Turn 2 has been the trouble spot early in Sunday's race. Katherine Legge spun by herself on Lap 4 coming off of Turn 2, while Custer and Ricky Stenhouse Jr. went around a few laps later in nearly the exact same spot in which the Lap 99 melee occurred.
