Watch: Noah Gragson breaks silence on uncertainty over his future with Tony Stewart’s SHR
Matthew O'Haren-USA TODAY Sports

The 2024 NASCAR Cup season has been a roller coaster for Stewart Haas Racing on and off the track. They started the season in the worst way possible with back-to-back underwhelming performance. But since last month they have made a comeback to the top, with consistent top-10 finishes, with Noah Gragson and Chase Briscoe being the lead drivers.

But off the track, things are not improving for Tony Stewart’s team. They haven’t extended their contract with Ford, which is ending this year and according to reports they are downsizing their operation. This include selling two charters and one of their race shops. As per rumors the team is ready to sack Noah Gragson and Ryan Preece as part of downsizing.

Gragson has responded to all the rumours and uncertainty, and pointed out that he is concerned about all the noises. He is focussed on getting the bets out of the No:10 cars every weekend. He also highlighted how much he is thankful for the No:10 Ford Mustang team, who has been giving him strong cars over the years.

We're just trying to stick to what we know and work hard and prepare for each and every weekend and not let the outside noise distract us. If we can keep on doing our job as a group, there should hopefully be opportunities for us. With that being said, I'm so thankful and grateful for the TEN team, our group of guys on this team. They work so hard and I'm fortunate to be a part of it. We're not letting the outside noise distract us. We're just focused on the goal ahead and sticking to the plan and keeping our standard. Noah Gragson said via Frontstretch.

Noah Gragson is excited for the Darlington weekend

The Foord driver while talking about this Sunday’s race at Darlington, pointed out that he is excited for the event as it is one of his personal favorite tracks. It was a track the team had already marked coming to the season and following the solid sim-session he had had; he is excited to run.

I'm excited for it. It's a fun racetrack and one of my personal favorites. I've definitely had this one on the schedule for a while now. It's been a good racetrack to me in the past, so our team is really excited. Our simulator sessions went good and it's just an exciting time right now. We're really focused and ready to go this weekend and try to keep going. Noah Grgason said.

The No:10 team has finished inside the top-10 in the last two races and it helped them to get back to top-20 in points after a long-time. They are now hoping to continue the run and secure another front raw finish, and to slowly find their way up to the top.
